Refund policy

In order to protect our staff and our customers from any additional risk due COVID-19, we will not be accepting returns/exchange of any items until further notice.

We will issue a refund instead for any items/claims eligible for return/exchange as stated in this policy.

 

Please take a photo/video of your sealed package upon receipt. 

 

Refund/Return

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. Only the following conditions are approved for returns/refund:


1. Damaged items (with photo/video proof of opening a sealed package upon receipt)

  • Full refund will be issued upon confirmation

2. Incorrect item received (with photo/video proof of opening a sealed package upon receipt)

  • We can offer any of the below depending on the customer's preference:
    • Ship out of the same item (if available). 
    • Full Refund of item cost.
