Do you have a physical store?

No as of yet. We plan to have one and hopefully we'll see you there! 

 

How long does it take for my orders to arrive?

 

  • 1-2 days for Metro Manila
  • 3-4 days for Provincial Areas
  • The cutoff for orders  is 11pm and ship out is next day.

 

How long can you hold reservation / unpaid orders?

Cancellation is not discouraged if your circumstances have changed and can no longer continue with your orders. We will send two (2) follow ups with 2 days interval before cancelling unpaid orders.

 

Can I return/exchange my items if they do not fit?

Refund / return requests will only be entertained for damaged / incorrect items received.
No return, refund, or exchange for items that:

  • do not fit
  • did not meet buyer's expectation

Do you have sizes?

All pieces from Shop New Manila come in FREE SIZES. 

Measurements when laid flat are in the description of each item.

Do you customize?

We do not customize (size, color, design).

Pre-orders are accepted with no downpayment required but are subject to fabric availability.
